Description
The AVP for Fullstack Developer (Tech Lead) in Technology is a strategic leadership role responsible for bridging business objectives with technology solutions, overseeing end-to-end project delivery, translating business needs into technical requirements, managing project risks and resources, establishing governance, and mentoring business analysis and project management teams. The role requires strong analytical, leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and technology-project skills, along with a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of technology-project experience including 5 years in leadership, and at least 6 years of experience with Java, microservices, databases, application servers, and JBoss. The position is full-time, regular, and based at DBS Asia Hub.
