Cantor Fitzgerald Securities is hiring an AVP, Intelligent Automation & Process Enablement to lead AI-assisted workflow design, testing, implementation, governance, and process improvement across Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Risk. The role involves prompt and agent logic development, documentation, validation of AI outputs, process mapping, requirements translation, production-ready solution delivery, tool troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and training. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5–7 years of automation and AI-enabled process improvement experience, hands-on LLM and process-mapping expertise, and strong communication and client-facing skills. The position is hybrid, with four days per week in New York City.
