Fortitude Re is hiring a remote AVP, Investment Operations to support the investment lifecycle, onboarding of asset managers and investment vehicles, private credit and other illiquid investments, post-trade settlement, capital calls, cash management, reconciliation, controls, reporting, and operational improvements. The role requires 7+ years of investment operations, fund accounting, middle office, or asset management experience, strong fixed-income and private-credit knowledge, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The base salary is $145,000–$165,000 USD, with an annual bonus and benefits package.
