Description
Chubb is hiring a Major Accounts Segment Leader to manage and grow its regional Major Accounts segment by serving large global customers and brokers, driving multi-line insurance opportunities, cultivating broker relationships, coordinating cross-functional proposals and underwriting, and leading client retention and acquisition strategies. The role includes regional reporting, client advisory board and executive program management, account targeting, and up to 50% travel within the territory. It requires at least seven years of insurance industry experience, an undergraduate degree, strong sales, relationship-management, negotiation, and leadership skills, and knowledge of Excel. The pay range is $146,400 to $180,000, with possible discretionary annual incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
