Banc of California is hiring an AVP, Regional Operations Manager to represent the bank in the community, provide superior customer service, promote banking services, and oversee compliance and branch operations. The role travels between temporary assignments at branch offices, processes cash and non-cash transactions, supervises and coaches employees, approves transactions, supports audits and certifications, manages expenses, and may run a branch in the absence of branch management. Candidates need 5 years of branch operations experience, 2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
