Description
LPL Financial is hiring an AVP, Software Engineer to serve as a senior individual contributor and technical leader within its Developer Experience Platform and PDLC AI Enablement domain. The role is hands-on and combines internal developer platform engineering with AI/GenAI enablement, including cloud-native platform services, RAG and GraphRAG pipelines, AI agents, evaluation and observability tooling, Backstage and self-service portal development, and DevSecOps/Responsible AI practices. The position requires deep full-stack and enterprise AI experience, strong collaboration and technical communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct people management.
