DBS is hiring a full-time AVP/Sr. Associate Security Engineer (IAM) to design, build, operate, and improve enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions focused on secrets management. The role covers secrets, workload identity, service-to-service authentication, secure API and cloud integration, automation, infrastructure as code, production support, incident response, and collaboration with application, DevOps, cloud, risk, audit, and security operations teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least seven years of relevant experience including three years in secrets management or related identity technologies, and strong Java and automation capabilities.
