Description
Cathay Bank is hiring an AVP/VP Client Service Manager to manage relationships with commercial clients, oversee client service and transaction approvals, support onboarding and product implementation, resolve complex issues, and retain and grow client portfolios. The role may supervise Client Service Officers and requires experience in commercial banking, lending systems, CRM, and related banking operations. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year for the AVP level and $100,000–$115,000 per year for the VP level, with possible discretionary bonus eligibility and full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and flexible spending account coverage.
