Sotheby’s is hiring an AVP, Gantry Warehouse Operations to lead the day-to-day operation of its Gantry warehouse in New York City. The role oversees property flow, labor deployment, space utilization, safety, handling standards, employee management, and coordination with logistics, photography, facilities, security, risk management, and other business teams. It also leads workflow and space redesign, operational governance, and continuous improvement across the property lifecycle. The position requires 7–10 years of warehouse or complex physical operations leadership experience, with art, luxury goods, or high-value and fragile property experience preferred, and offers a base salary of $90,000–$120,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
