Description
This is a field-based strategic role at Alcon, focusing on maximizing sales of Alcon’s Vision Suite equipment and associated products. The AVS Manager will be responsible for growing the AVS business, conducting in-service and clinical support inside the operating room, identifying sales leads, implementing marketing plans, providing customer service, safely demonstrating surgical equipment, managing resources/expenses, analyzing territories, and ensuring effective communication and negotiation skills.
