The Automotive Logistics Specialist will support an agricultural trading and logistics company in Kyiv by managing contracts, waybills, invoices, and other primary documents; scanning, archiving, and monitoring originals; entering and validating trip, TTN, and invoice data in Excel; preparing documents for accounting; and coordinating with carriers. The role is office-based and administrative, not dispatching, and requires Excel proficiency, knowledge of logistics and accounting documentation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
