Awake Overnight Direct Care Staff at Catholic Charities Boston

The Awake Overnight Direct Care Staff provides overnight supervision and support to Young Parent families, conducts hourly bed checks, documents care activities, transports residents to appointments, supports daily living and parenting skills, enforces program policies, monitors the Medical Management Program, and maintains safety, confidentiality, and professional boundaries. The role works Wednesday through Saturday from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. and requires background checks, CPR and First Aid certification, de-escalation experience, a related bachelor’s or associate’s degree with specified experience, a Massachusetts driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
