NFI Massachusetts Inc. is hiring a full-time Awake Overnight Shift Supervisor for its residential youth program in Beverly, Massachusetts. The role provides direct care, supervision, safety oversight, crisis intervention, administrative oversight, and support for overnight youth and staff during the 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. third shift. Applicants need at least one year of residential counselor experience with a similar population, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a valid United States driver's license; supervisory experience and adolescent-population experience are preferred. The position pays $25.50 per hour with overtime opportunities and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
