Description
The Program Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of Casa Central’s Adult Wellness Center, including therapeutic and recreational activities, meals, transportation, participant care, billing, records, quality improvement, and staff supervision. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Registered Nurse status, two years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in older-adult programs, bilingual Spanish and English ability, computer and data skills, and the ability to work on-site without remote work.
