Description
The AWS Cloud Specialist / AWS Cloud Engineer will support a large-scale AWS and Contact Centre Transformation program by designing, building, deploying, and supporting secure and scalable AWS infrastructure and cloud-native solutions. The role includes serverless development, Amazon Connect integrations, REST and event-driven APIs, Terraform or CloudFormation infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, cloud migration, and high-availability and disaster-recovery patterns. It requires five years of AWS/cloud engineering experience and offers a hybrid or remote arrangement in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
