Amazon is hiring an AWS Customer Solutions Manager in Italy to guide large and complex customers through multi-year cloud adoption journeys. The role coordinates AWS teams, sales, support, solutions architecture, professional services, product and engineering teams, and customer stakeholders; plans and supports major workload migrations; manages education plans, roadmaps, executive briefings, go-live events, and transitions; and evangelizes AWS services. Candidates should have experience leading large-scale IT, digital, or business transformation or migration programs, customer-facing experience, strong executive communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills, and preferably AWS implementation experience, technology-market knowledge, and an AWS Solution Architect Associate certification.
