VARITE India Private Limited is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (Support & Operations) to resolve escalated incidents and maintain quality standards in AWS IaaS and infrastructure-as-code environments. The role includes mentoring team members, developing standard operating procedures, validating change plans, supporting capacity planning, engaging with customers, and conducting root-cause and trend analysis. Required expertise includes AWS IaaS, AWS Kubernetes, AWS PaaS, AWS DevOps, Terraform, VRA, and strong analytical and communication skills.
