Description

Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited is hiring an AWS DevOps Engineer to develop and operate software tooling for embedded automotive products. The role covers requirement analysis, technical design, task planning, quality code development, code review, and support for CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, security, and production environments. Candidates need at least three years of AWS and professional software development experience, strong Python or scripting skills, and hands-on experience with core AWS services, Infrastructure as Code, container platforms, and DevOps practices.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating solutions on AWS.
At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
Hands-on experience with core AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, and RDS/DynamoDB.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably Amazon EKS.
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with Git and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
Experience with cloud security, IAM, least-privilege access, secrets management, network security, and secure deployment practices.
Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals and experience troubleshooting cloud and production environments.
Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability in production environments.
Understanding of high availability, fault tolerance, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery concepts.
Preferred Qualifications: AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
Experience with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, multi-account architecture, and AWS Landing Zones.
Experience with EKS, Helm, Argo CD, FluxCD, or other Kubernetes ecosystem tools.
Experience with Terraform modules, remote state, state management, and reusable Infrastructure as Code patterns.
Experience with serverless and event-driven architectures.
Experience with NoSQL and distributed databases.
Experience with observability platforms.
Experience designing cloud migration solutions.
Experience with DevSecOps.
Experience with platform engineering.
Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.
