AWS is hiring a Hardware Engineer to design, deliver, and operate next-generation infrastructure for AI training and inference, including AWS Accelerated server solutions. The role leads complex server-system testability, reliability, diagnosis, and operations problems across hardware, software, x86 architecture, and cloud-scale systems, collaborating with software, hardware, network, supply chain, security, and operations teams. Candidates need substantial software development, Linux/Unix, systems development, programming, systems design, and production deployment experience, with preferred AI/ML and cloud-computing server debugging experience.
