Description

Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced AWS Modernization Consultant to join their AWS services team. This blended pre-sales and delivery role involves shaping opportunities with customers and partners, as well as leading the hands-on delivery of high-value engagements focusing on AWS modernization outcomes. The consultant will guide customers in evolving applications, platforms, and operating models through cloud-native architecture, automation, DevOps, observability, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: five or more years’ experience in a technical consulting role
Preferred Qualifications: Strong ability to operate across the full engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery and solution design through to implementation and handover
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and commercial audiences
Demonstrates maturity, influence, assertiveness, and diplomacy
Able to operate independently or as part of a larger, multi-disciplinary team
Proven ability to technically lead and manage others on large-scale modernisation engagements
Strong customer-facing consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, shape outcomes, and build trusted relationships
Deep knowledge within AWS modernisation disciplines such as cloud-native design, automation, observability, and optimisation
Flexible and customer-focused approach, willing to go beyond expectations to deliver measurable value
Ability to apply knowledge and expertise to solve problems beyond immediate areas of specialisation
