Description
The AWS Neuron Kernel Engineer will design and implement high-performance compute kernels for machine learning operations on AWS Inferentia and Trainium accelerators. The role involves optimizing kernel-level performance across hardware generations, using profiling tools, applying compiler optimizations such as fusion, sharding, tiling, and scheduling, and collaborating with customers to enable and optimize ML models. The position requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, and programming experience; it is based in Toronto and offers a base salary of CAD 114,800 to 191,800 annually.
