Description
AWS is hiring a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for enterprise customers. The role provides technical guidance, architecture and launch planning, operational support, incident and risk management, workload migration, workshops, and ongoing value-creation activities across AWS services. Candidates need experience in a similar technical account, consulting, solutions architecture, platform, systems, or cloud architecture role, operational troubleshooting knowledge, enterprise or customer-facing experience, and fluency in English plus Polish, Russian, or Ukrainian. The position is based in Krakow or Warsaw, Poland, with a minimum gross base salary of 18,141.67 PLN per month.
