Description
The Production Planner is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the flow of production parts to support customer order and service schedules. The role processes shop orders, monitors and adjusts production plans, generates ERP/MRP reports, maintains production schedules, responds to customer inquiries, communicates schedule impacts and material shortages, and coordinates with manufacturing, procurement, materials, engineering, quality, and the business manager. The position requires a supply chain or business operations degree and 2–3 years of related experience, or an alternative experience and certification combination, along with ERP/MRP, Excel, communication, analytical, and manufacturing experience.
