Description
Microsoft is hiring an Azure Customer Engineer (ACE) for its ACES Sovereign organization to serve as the primary technical leader for strategic customers. The role owns complex, high-severity support cases; customer architecture and resiliency assessments; incident response and recovery; and durable platform and systemic improvements. It also coordinates executive-level responses, influences engineering and product teams, and drives multi-quarter customer and platform initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least four years of technology, cloud, product/technical program management, or customer experience engineering experience, along with Microsoft and government security screening and U.S. citizenship verification. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 102,100–202,200 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
