Description

SDG Group is hiring a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure for its Data Technologies and Artificial Intelligence teams. The role focuses on Azure and other public clouds, Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, CI/CD, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes. It requires a relevant engineering or systems training background, at least two years of experience with cloud infrastructure and data integration, English communication skills, and the ability to work in a global environment. The position is hybrid from Milan, Florence, or Verona, with a salary range of 28,000€ to 34,000€ and additional benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent training; Higher Vocational Training in Systems Administration or Application Development is also accepted.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of experience in data integration and processing projects involving cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and management, including Python development.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD for pipelines and data platforms.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Preferred Qualifications: Consulting mindset with customer focus, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Experience programming for data integration with knowledge of relevant frameworks and tools.
