TQA is hiring an Azure Solutions Architect to lead the technical side of its Microsoft practice in the United States. The role is client-facing and split between pre-sales solution design, proposal and RFP ownership, scope and commercial estimation, and delivery leadership for US Microsoft engagements. It requires deep enterprise-scale Azure and Microsoft Fabric experience, Azure AI and Copilot Studio knowledge, commercial track record, Microsoft field collaboration, governance at scale, and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. The position offers a base salary plus a performance-linked variable component tied to Microsoft practice growth, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
