Description
BEMAC is hiring a B-Pressure Welder for a one-month on-site construction project near Fort MacKay, Alberta, working on the Imperial Oil Kearl Lake Sodium Citrate Injection Process System. The role involves reading blueprints, operating various welding, cutting, brazing, soldering, and metal-shaping equipment, fabricating and repairing metal parts, monitoring robotic welding lines, and performing weld inspections. Candidates must hold a Journeyperson Red Seal level Welder qualification, B-Pressure certification from ABSA or an equivalent body, E6010 single-sided pipe-welding ability, and welding tickets covering P1–P15 and structural welding. The position requires industrial experience, a 21-on/7-off rotation, and 10-hour days, with local residence preferred and fly-in/fly-out from Edmonton or Calgary available based on eligibility.
