The role manages and collects outstanding business-to-business accounts receivable, communicates with business clients, negotiates payment arrangements, analyzes account histories, and maintains records. Candidates need at least two years of commercial collections or B2B account management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
