TTEC is hiring an onsite Sales Appointment Setter in Tempe, Arizona. The role connects with small-business customers and prospects, identifies needs and sales opportunities, asks discovery questions, captures notes, and schedules appointments with sales consultants. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education or sales experience, customer-facing experience, communication skills, computer proficiency, and prior sales, appointment-setting, lead-generation, or quota-based experience. The base salary is $18.50 per hour, with performance-based bonuses, a $1,400 retention bonus, and hybrid work eligibility based on performance.
