Spread Group is hiring a B2B Fulfillment Manager for a one-year fixed-term parental-leave-cover role. The position partners with commercial business units on ad-hoc and large-scale fulfillment projects, supports cost calculations, manages demand through order readiness, oversees internal and external fulfillment, owns the product portfolio, sources and evaluates suppliers, negotiates commercial terms, manages contracts, and monitors market trends. The role requires supply chain, logistics, supplier relationship, project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a relevant university degree and fluent English; German is a plus.
