Andromeda Robotics is hiring a hands-on B2B Growth Marketer for a 12-month parental leave cover role focused on commercial marketing execution across Australia and the United States. The role owns campaign delivery, EDM and lead nurture programs, CRM and marketing automation workflows, lead generation, conferences and events, paid activity coordination, reporting, and partnership support for a fast-growing robotics company deploying its emotionally intelligent humanoid companion robot Abi in aged care and healthcare.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced B2B marketing role
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ActiveCampaign or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
Experience building or improving integrations across CRM, forms, email, events, and reporting tools
Working knowledge of paid campaign coordination and performance tracking
Ability to manage basic design requests and campaign collateral using Canva or similar tools
Experience developing partnership, channel, or referral programs in a B2B environment
Experience working with sales teams to improve lead handoff, nurture logic, and follow-up processes
