Higgsfield AI is hiring a full-time Growth Marketer to own demand generation for its B2B and enterprise business. The role plans and scales paid campaigns, account-based programs, landing pages, conversion paths, webinars, and other funnel activities; measures pipeline and revenue-influenced metrics; runs weekly experiments; and coordinates with sales, email, creative, product, and leadership teams. Candidates need at least three years of B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing experience, hands-on paid-channel experience, strong data and copy skills, and familiarity with AI tools. The position is on-site in Almaty, with relocation support, work-permit processing, flight coverage, and temporary housing.
