Seven Senders is hiring a B2B Logistics Operations Execution Specialist to resolve operational incidents, ensure customer-specific SLA compliance, coordinate logistics and transport processes, communicate with customer operational contacts in German and English, and prepare performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint. The role requires parcel, transportation, or warehouse operations experience in e-commerce, B2B customer communication, strong service orientation, MS Office skills, and C1-level German and English. It is based at the Alexanderplatz office with a flexible hybrid model.
