Seven Senders is hiring a B2B Logistics Operations Specialist to manage customer-specific service-level agreements, coordinate incident resolution across logistics solutions, optimize transportation and warehouse processes, communicate with customers in German and English, and create performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint. The role requires practical experience in parcel logistics, transportation, warehouse management, or e-commerce; B2B customer communication and service experience; strong Excel and MS Office skills; and fluent German and English. The position is based at the Alexanderplatz office with a flexible hybrid model.
