Aeyde is hiring an experienced B2B Operations Manager to own worldwide wholesale footwear fulfillment, including outbound and inbound processing, shipping and customs documentation, 3PL coordination, client onboarding, returns, swaps, claims, and shipment tracking. The role manages two fulfillment coordinators, performance and staffing, holiday planning, KPIs, and relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. It requires at least five years of operations, fulfillment, or supply chain experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, or consumer goods, along with relevant education, ERP familiarity, and strong communication skills. The position is based in Berlin and offers a flexible hybrid model, relocation assistance, and visa support.
