The employer is hiring Field Sales Representatives to prospect for and maintain B2B customer relationships in the construction and installation sectors across six Flemish regions. The role involves advising customers on technical sealing, bonding, protection, and maintenance products; following up on quotations and projects; recording activities in a CRM; and collaborating on product training and coaching. Candidates need at least A2-level education, several years of B2B field sales experience, fluent Dutch, local market knowledge, and strong technical and administrative skills. The position offers a fixed salary of €2,800–€4,000, a commission plan, a company car, fuel card, training, coaching, and the possibility of working from home after onboarding.
