Description

Kaufland e-commerce Services GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a B2C Product Manager to lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for B2C products on the Kaufland Global Marketplace. The role owns LLM-powered product features from concept through production, drives A/B testing and analytics-based optimization, collaborates with engineering, design, data, marketing, and UX teams, and identifies customer needs through behavioral data and user research. The position is permanent and can be full- or part-time, remote within Germany, or based in Cologne, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, or Berlin.

Required Previous Experiences: Hands-on experience building LLM-based features into consumer products
Experience taking a product from ideation through execution and delivery

Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and defining tracking concepts
Experience collaborating with software development teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications: E-commerce or consumer product experience at scale
Strong customer-first and UX orientation
Fluent English and ability to work in an international remote setup
