Description
The Back Crew Lead supervises Back Crew employees during production when the Back Hatch Crew Supervisor is absent and supports egg-room and hatchery operations. Responsibilities include egg audits, pull-order scheduling, hatchability paperwork, transferring eggs between incubators and hatchers, poult counts, inventory receiving and shipping, tray washing, and cleaning and disinfecting racks and hatchers. The role requires strong math and computer skills, teamwork, physical ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work extended days and weekends; a high school diploma, animal or hatchery experience, supervisory experience, and bilingual Spanish ability are preferred or desired.
