Select Genetics is hiring a Back Crew Supervisor in Goldsboro, North Carolina to supervise back crew employees during hatchery production, manage pull-order schedules, complete hatchability paperwork, support production operations, and oversee animal welfare and biosecurity. The role leads up to 15 or more employees, requires physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, and may require extended workdays. A high school diploma and prior animal or hatchery experience are preferred, along with supervisory experience and bilingual Spanish-speaking ability.
