Qantas is hiring a full-time, permanent Back-End Developer for its new Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide. The role leads the architecture, delivery, and development of robust, scalable software systems supporting digital customer experiences, with responsibility for quality, reliability, performance, security, and data privacy. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on software engineering experience, including high-traffic backend applications, Java or Spring Boot, databases, cloud-native development on AWS, containerization, CI/CD, observability, and asynchronous code; Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Edge Delivery Services experience is desirable.
