The role includes business-logic implementation, front-end integration, database design and optimization, secure coding, testing, code reviews, documentation, and participation in architecture decisions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, at least 13 years of back-end development experience, strong Java 17+, Kotlin, vert.x, Spring Boot WebFlux, Hibernate, microservices, database, containerization, security, testing, and collaboration-tool expertise, plus fluent C2 English and strong communication skills.
