Description
Driivz is hiring a Back-End Engineering Manager to lead a back-end engineering team through product roadmap execution and program delivery. The role combines people management with approximately 30% hands-on development, including architecting and reviewing code, building agentic infrastructure, operating high-scale mission-critical services, and coaching team members. Candidates need at least two years of people management experience, five or more years of REST API experience, Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot expertise, microservices and cloud experience, and a relevant bachelor's degree.
