The team builds clinical algorithms to support primary care clinicians by developing digital health software for Population Health interventions. This involves continuously scanning patient health records to detect deterioration, early disease onset, and opportunities for preventative interventions. Abtrace currently partners with over 500 primary care practices in the UK, covering 4.5 million patients. The company is seeking a Mid/Senior Back-End Developer to join their fast-moving team. The core of the role involves building backend components for applications, requiring proficiency in Python and NodeJS for scalable cloud-based applications, with AWS experience being a plus. Responsibilities include writing well-tested, scalable backend application code and collaborating with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
