Briink is hiring a Backend/AI Product Engineer to own end-to-end AI-powered product features for sustainability professionals. The role combines backend systems engineering with applied AI/LLM development, including APIs, databases, workflows, RAG, tool-using agents, structured outputs, evaluation systems, testing, observability, and scalable production deployment. Candidates should have strong backend and Python experience, product ownership, cloud and container knowledge, and fluent English; the role offers a flexible hybrid setup for Berlin or London-based candidates.
