ALD is hiring a Backend Developer for its headquarters in Hanau on a permanent, full-time basis. The role develops microservices for storing and evaluating data from sources such as camera images, OPC-UA, and files; collaborates with Sales and project management; deploys solutions remotely or on-site worldwide; and develops an image-processing solution for automated quality control using OpenCV and Python. Candidates need a computer science or related degree, object-oriented programming, agile software development, code testing, database, Docker, Git, Linux, DevOps, PostgreSQL, and Python experience, along with strong self-motivation and a structured working style.
