The company is hiring a Backend Developer to work on its Elixir-based SaaS recruitment software, including backend services, APIs, and microservices. The role requires experience building scalable applications, knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, familiarity with ElasticSearch, strong attention to quality, and proficiency in Polish and intermediate English. The developer will join one of the Core, Foundation, or Careers teams and may come from a background in Ruby on Rails, Python, Golang, PHP, or Java.
