Scalable Capital is hiring experienced backend developers to build and operate business-critical services for its new banking and trading platform. The role involves designing distributed, event-driven backend services in Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot; integrating trading venues and internal platforms; and owning services through architecture, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a relevant university degree, production backend experience, knowledge of distributed systems and data persistence, and familiarity with cloud-native development and observability.
