The role involves implementing domain logic, building reliable and scalable backend services, collaborating on product requirements, improving technical solutions, and owning features from design through production. Candidates need strong Java and Spring Boot experience, backend production experience, database and messaging knowledge, Docker, CI/CD, testing, and Agile experience; Kubernetes, cloud platforms, architectural decision-making, and AI-assisted development are preferred.
