Validio AB is hiring a backend engineer for its Validation Engine team to design, develop, test, and maintain backend services that read data from source systems, execute validation logic, and report incidents. The role focuses on Rust and Go, SQL query generation, Protocol Buffers and gRPC, data-source connectors, distributed-system troubleshooting, automated testing, documentation, and Kubernetes deployment. Candidates need a relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience, documented production-backend experience in Rust or Go, SQL and distributed-systems expertise, Kubernetes experience, and professional English proficiency.
