The role focuses on debugging backend applications and distributed systems, resolving complex technical issues, improving application design and reliability, building automation and tooling, supporting on-call and incident management, and collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least five years of software development or technical support experience, with Java, Linux, scripting, databases, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, Agile, testing, and internal-tooling experience preferred.
